I will only focus on the solution that worked for me so that other people dealing with the same scenario may attempt to correct. I have explored a number of solution from different web site. My computer is connected to a local domain active directory server running windows 10 pro 圆4. I have 21 quick access shortcuts in total and i could not find a single solution searching online that would work to fix this issue permanently and through Windows 10 update of the last 3 version this issue has persisted.
I noticed my quick access shortcut to folders on both our local network to our file server and the local folder on hard drive will completely disappear on me once a month.
